Ethical Conversation Design Toolkit
Supriya has created the first industry-specific, human-centered ethical framework for Voice AI. Based on intensive research of the unintended consequences and negative impacts of interacting with popular digital autonomous voice assistants, Supriya has created the Voice Assistant Interaction Assessment, which serves as a warm-up exercise for voice practitioners in evaluating and reflecting on the assistant responses, and the Ethical Conversation Design Toolkit, which helps them navigate their ethical design journey.
Based on a use-case approach, the Ethical Conversation Design Toolkit builds on learnings from existing frameworks, and incorporates concepts from Western and Eastern ethical principles and philosophies. The toolkit consists of evocative prompts and actionable triggers, and is easy to use for teams conducting design sprints, or to build into their daily work processes to arrive at ethical solutions.
