1. ETHICS ANALYSIS
You/ your organization are analysed on different parameters to understand your approach to ethics, and map your position in your overall ethical journey. We use our proprietary Ethics Analysis Toolkit, which is based on a human-centered approach to creation of tech and digital products. The toolkit is divided into four main pillars, a deck of 120 cards and a chart to map your position, and will help you:
- Gauge your awareness of ethics
- Understand your approach and openness to ethical design
- Measure your current ethics practices

Note: The Ethics Analysis is an informal evaluation process to guide your individual or organizational ethical journey. 
​It does not confer any official certification or legally binding document, nor does it provide any official recognition.
2. AWARENESS SESSIONS
We design customized sessions specific to your industry to introduce concepts of ethics and ethical decision-making to your organization, helping bring in a shared internal understanding and vision. Our Awareness Sessions will guide you though these broad topics:

3. CO-CREATIVE WORKSHOPS
We work with you to identify potential unintended impacts of your products and design to mitigate these impacts, using our Ethical Design Toolkit. The toolkit, which focuses on different aspects of human well-being, consists of 5 main pillars, a deck of 100 cards and an ethical design canvas. The workshops help you to:
- Identify the purpose, goal and desired outcome of your product
- Consider perspectives of multiple stakeholders
- Identify values important to your product and stakeholders
- Make trade-offs in case of conflict of interest or values 
- Consider impacts of your product on human well-being 
- Set KPIs that are relevant to your product and overall 
purpose
